Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping or defective, please return it to Renegade and we’ll arrange for a replacement by calling us for special instructions at (800) 781-0260. We’ll cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
Instructions for Returning Your Product
If you are returning, then pack it securely with padding to avoid damage and with shipping insurance of $400 for your Renegade Box. A signature for delivery is required. Include the Merchandise Return Form inside the returned package. If you are returning an accessory item only, then send it in a padded package or envelope. For all returns, complete the Merchandise Return Form and include the items to return, then ship to: Renegade, 2588 El Camino Real #F-610, Carlsbad, CA 92008. After Renegade receives your returned item, Renegade will provide credit to your credit card or other payment method.
